    Disconnect battery & depressurize

    Isolate the negative terminal and allow the cooling circuit to fully depressurize before starting.

  2. 2

    Unclip the solenoid connector

    Release the locking tab and gently unplug the electromechanical actuator loom.

  3. 3

    Remove the four mounting bolts

    Loosen in a diagonal sequence to 8 Nm to avoid warping the mounting flange.

  4. 4

    Extract valve & replace gasket

    Withdraw the valve body, clean the mating surface, and fit the new joints kit before reassembly.
